The JBY5020TYHBEV (C2000) Pure Electric Pavement Maintenance Vehicle, launched by Shandong Baiyi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., is a special maintenance vehicle dedicated to urban sanitation. It is refitted based on the new-generation heavy-duty Class II pure electric sanitation-specific chassis (Chassis Model: ZB1022BEVGDRJ0) independently developed by Shandong Tangjun Ouling Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Fitted with a high-pressure water pump, electric water distribution system, front multi-functional flushing system, rotational molding water tank and other assemblies on the original chassis, it serves as a professional high-pressure cleaning vehicle. It integrates multiple core functions, including pavement flushing, vertical washing of curbs and curb stones, as well as high-pressure water gun cleaning for traffic signs and billboards.
With high reliability and a compact body design, the vehicle can access and clean remote and narrow urban road sections. It effectively solves the industry pain points of conventional small maintenance vehicles, such as no road access permission and failure of license plate registration.
The vehicle features an ultra-narrow width of only 1.23 meters and outstanding trafficability, enabling easy passage through road barriers. The rotomolded clean water tank boasts a large volume of 1.0 cubic meter. Equipped with row flushing, side flushing and opposite flushing devices, the row and side flushing nozzles support multi-angle adjustable operation.
The maximum driving speed reaches 71km/h to greatly improve working efficiency. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with an air conditioner to optimize driving comfort.
