The JBY5120TXSBEV (CS12000) Pure Electric Washing and Sweeping Vehicle of Shandong Baiyi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a special sanitation cleaning vehicle for urban application. It is refitted on the new-generation heavy-duty Class II pure electric sanitation chassis (Chassis Model: SH1127ZKEVWZY2) developed by SAIC MAXUS Automobile Co., Ltd.
Equipped with a sweeping system, suction system, water circuit system, stainless steel tank assembly, hydraulic system and other core devices installed on the chassis, this vehicle integrates the functions of road sweepers and high-pressure washing vehicles. It is capable of pavement flushing, road surface sweeping, garbage collection, and vertical cleaning of curbs and kerbstones, and is also equipped with a high-pressure water gun for cleaning traffic signs and billboards. With high operational reliability, it is a large-scale washing and sweeping vehicle specially designed for municipal and sanitation projects.
This vehicle is mainly applicable to all types of urban roads. It adopts a structural layout of middle-mounted two vertical brushes + middle-mounted wide suction nozzle (built-in high-pressure water spray rod) + left and right high-pressure side spray rods. The left and right side spray rods are integrated with the suction nozzle, featuring centralized working devices and a constant nozzle ground clearance.
It supports 9 working modes: full washing & sweeping, left washing & sweeping, right washing & sweeping, full sweeping, left sweeping, right sweeping, full cleaning, left cleaning and right cleaning. It enables free switching between sweeping mode and washing-sweeping mode, realizing multi-purpose integration of sweeper and washer for maximum vehicle utilization.
