The JBY5180TXSBEV (CS18000) Pure Electric Washing and Sweeping Vehicle of Shandong Baiyi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a dedicated cleaning vehicle for urban sanitation. It adopts the new-generation heavy-duty Class II pure electric sanitation chassis (Chassis Model: EQ1180GEVJ1) developed by Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd.
Installed with a sweeping system, suction system, water circulation system, power system, stainless steel tank assembly, hydraulic system and other core modules on the chassis, this equipment integrates the functions of road sweepers and high-pressure washing vehicles. It is capable of pavement flushing, road sweeping, garbage collection, and vertical cleaning of curbs and kerbstones, and is also equipped with a high-pressure water gun for cleaning traffic signs and billboards. With high operational reliability, it is a large-size washing and sweeping vehicle specially tailored for municipal and sanitation scenarios.
This vehicle is mainly used for pavement washing, sweeping and maintenance of various urban roads. It adopts a layout structure of two middle-mounted vertical brushes, middle-mounted wide suction nozzle, middle-mounted high-pressure spray rod and high-pressure side spray rods. The left and right side spray rods are integrated with the suction nozzle, featuring centralized operating units and constant nozzle ground clearance.
It supports flexible switching between single sweeping mode and integrated washing-sweeping mode, realizing multi-functional application as one vehicle combines sweeper and washer. The clean water tank and sewage tank are independently arranged with an extra-large garbage bin capacity. Supported by high-voltage fast charging, it ensures long continuous operation duration with energy-saving and eco-friendly performance. The maximum driving speed is up to 89km/h for higher operational efficiency, and the vehicle is equipped with air conditioning to improve driving comfort.
