The JBY5020TXSBEV (CS2000) Pure Electric Washing and Sweeping Vehicle of Shandong Baiyi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a special cleaning vehicle for urban sanitation. It adopts the new-generation heavy-duty Class II pure electric sanitation dedicated chassis (Chassis Model: ZB1022BEVGDRJ0) developed by Shandong Tangjun Ouling Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Equipped with customized sweeping, suction, water circuit, power, stainless steel tank, hydraulic and other auxiliary systems mounted on the chassis, it integrates the functions of road sweepers and high-pressure washing vehicles. It is capable of pavement flushing and sweeping, garbage collection, vertical cleaning of curbs and kerbstones, and is also fitted with a high-pressure water gun for cleaning traffic signs and billboards. Featuring a compact body, it solves the industry bottlenecks of small cleaning vehicles such as insufficient road access qualification and failure of license plate registration.
With an ultra-narrow width of only 1.35 meters, the vehicle boasts a compact structure and excellent trafficability, enabling flexible passage through road barriers. The clean water tank and garbage bin are designed with separated structures. The 700L rotomolded integrated clean water tank features exquisite appearance, customizable color options, long service life and lifelong quality guarantee, eliminating rust risks caused by welded tanks.
The 800L sewage tank is equipped with a hydraulic self-unloading device and adopts high-position discharging, which can perfectly connect with 660L garbage bins or garbage compression vehicles to avoid secondary pollution. The maximum driving speed reaches 71km/h, effectively improving transfer and operation efficiency. Furthermore, the vehicle is equipped with air conditioning to enhance driving comfort.
