The JBY5031TXSBEV (CS3100) pure electric washing and sweeping vehicle manufactured by Shandong Baiyi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a special sanitation cleaning vehicle for urban services. It adopts a new-generation heavy-duty Class II pure electric sanitation chassis (Chassis Model: CKS1031X1ND6ZBEV) independently developed by Chongqing Kuayue Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd.
Fitted with a sweeping system, suction system, water circulation system, stainless steel tank assembly, hydraulic system and other core components on the original chassis, this vehicle integrates the functions of road sweepers and high-pressure washing vehicles. It is capable of pavement flushing, road sweeping, garbage collection, and vertical cleaning of curbs and kerbstones, and is also equipped with a high-pressure water gun for cleaning traffic signs and billboards. Featuring high reliability and a compact body, it overcomes the limitations of large washing and sweeping vehicles that cannot access narrow road sections. It is widely applicable to rapid cleaning and daily maintenance of non-motor vehicle lanes, back streets and alleys, airports, colleges, industrial parks, scenic spots, residential communities and other areas.
The vehicle is designed with high-pressure and low-pressure dual working modes, allowing flexible switching according to road surface cleanliness to effectively extend battery service life. It is equipped with an independent fast charging device compatible with national standard charging piles, enabling full charging within 2 hours to support all-weather operation.
As an innovative new-type wet sweeping vehicle that upgrades traditional dry sweeping, it requires no filter element replacement. Compared with conventional small road sweepers, it boasts prominent advantages including higher cleaning efficiency, superior cleaning quality and dust-free operation.
