The JBY5040TXSBEV (CS4500) Pure Electric Washing and Sweeping Vehicle of Shandong Baiyi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a special cleaning vehicle dedicated to urban sanitation. It is refitted based on the new-generation heavy-duty Class II pure electric sanitation chassis (Chassis Model: SH1047PCEVNZY2) developed by SAIC MAXUS Automobile Co., Ltd.
Equipped with a sweeping system, suction system, water supply system, stainless steel tank, hydraulic system and other modular assemblies mounted on the chassis, this vehicle combines the functions of a road sweeper and a high-pressure washing vehicle. It delivers comprehensive performance including pavement flushing, road surface sweeping, garbage collection, and vertical cleaning of curbs and kerbstones. It also comes with a high-pressure water gun for cleaning traffic signs and advertising boards.
With high operating reliability and a compact body structure, it makes up for the insufficient accessibility of large washing and sweeping vehicles in narrow and confined areas. It is widely suitable for rapid cleaning and daily sanitation maintenance on non-motor vehicle lanes, back streets and alleys, as well as road surfaces in airports, universities, industrial parks, property communities and other scenarios.
The vehicle is provided with dual high-pressure and low-pressure working modes, which can be selected flexibly according to road cleanliness to effectively extend battery cruising range. It is fitted with an independent fast charging device that is compatible with national standard charging piles, realizing full charging within 2 hours and supporting all-weather continuous operation.
Adopting advanced wet sweeping technology to replace traditional dry sweeping, this new-type washing and sweeping vehicle requires no filter element replacement. Compared with conventional small road sweepers, it features higher cleaning efficiency, better cleaning effect and dust-free operation.
